William Troutner, Inc. warranties all of our work. It is not a requirement in our industry, but we do it anyway. That’s the level of commitment we have to you as our customer, and the level of pride we take in our work.

We warranty against faults or defects in work performed in accordance with the repair estimate and subsequent change orders for a period of five years. Materials used are covered by applicable manufacturer’s warranties.
